Process Development.
The cooking process used by Mr Jaffle to remove most of the Fat from the meat and chicken recipes took many painstaking
months to perfect, however the results have been outstanding with perhaps the healthiest and tasteist meat and chicken jafflesand
jaffle pies on the market today. Our methodology and ongoing reasearch is second to none due to our "hands on" trials and
continued development of our new recipes.
Our First shop in 1997
Our first shop (hereunder) where we took the simple aussie jaffle that was used as a "Campfire" outdoor cooking device
using "old bread" and redeveloped it to become a successful retail product.

Trial Shops
No business idea can be successful unless it is developed correctly and one of the best ways to do this is through
"hands on" trials where any problems that may arise can be overcome. For this reason Mr Jaffle opened and operated
their own "trial shops" to deveope the retail outlet requirements and to gather information on what is required to
be stocked in the shops to make them successful.
Our Second trial shop in 1999
To accertain the results of a shop being opened in a "seasonal" seaside town with little passing traffic and the acceptance
of our delicious jaffles the second shop was opened and proved successful. Photo hereunder.
